REQUESTS AT THIS TIME ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED TO DO CUSTOM PIECES.
Once things settle out with stuff going on in my life right now, I may reopen the requests. I may consider requests if I am feeling up to it or have a special reason to do so.
THE PACK CONTAINS THREE TEMPLATES PLUS THE FONT FILE USED!!!
Minor update- Fixed the misspell of 'examination' I apparently missed...>>. Swapped out the .zip file with corrected spelling...
Well in a bout of rewatching the series Fullmetal Alchemist and remembering someone who used to do these among the Rangers, I got really bored and decided to do my own template which I am willing to share for my fellow fans of the series.
Above is a "live version" example / my own with my name, using the "Original" template.
Stock used included a Old Paper pack I found on Vecteezy. The seals where pulled and revectored and redrawn using screencap pulls from the second episode of FMA: Brotherhood.
The template pack you can download (.psd format) comes with three templates...plus the font file "Journal" which is the font used in the template.
If you do not have Photoshop, but want one made, feel free to comment or note me and I will happily make you one. Just give me you name and Alchemist "Code Name" and I'll plug them in. Gender and which version you want is also helpful...

You are welcome to download the pack and edit it to post the finished piece to your LJ, DA or forum. All I ask is to link back to this and give me credit for the template. A fave would also be nice, so I can come see you...

When editing there are a few spots that are the "Area's of Adjustment", the places where you add your name and data to the template...
Top Left: Where it says (Alchemist's Name Here), you change that your name, screen name, handle, nick name, etc. Whatever your Alchemist persona would be...So if you decide to be called John Deer in the FMA world, then that's what you write here.
Body of Document: Where it says (ALCHEMIST'S TITLE), replace it with your Alchemist alias...For example: FULLMETAL (or FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST). Where it says (ALCHEMIST'S NAME), replace it with the name you put in the Top Left spot. Use ALL CAPS for these two spots.
In the section of the body where it says "...show signs of progress in his (or her) research as a result of the examination, he (or she) shall be discharged from the services of State Alchemist."
Change the his and he to her and she if you are female. If you are male, just remove the section in parentheses.
THE TEMPLATES IN PACK
"Original Version" -This one is the base and straight template with the text as its written on Ed's Alchemist Paper from Episode 2 of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
"Ranger Edition" -This one is exactly like the Original, but replaces King Bradley's name with Vic Mignogna's.
"Skirts/MSA Edition" -This one is exactly like the Original, but replaces King Bradley's name with Travis Willingham's.
FONT FILE
"Journal" -Font used in the template. You will need to copy and paste it to your Windows of Mac's FONT Folder. After that it should be usable in any programs where fonts can be used and changed.

Now I have to ask, do you have the link for those of us who want to try it on our own? I would love to. It's only for personal use, and a thing I frame, but yeah, would that be ok?
